Your Responsibilities

We are currently in need of staff for our protected accommodations. In the long term, there are good opportunities for permanent employment.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Addressing urgent needs and being available for those living with us.

• Supporting individuals in their planning.

• Receiving urgent placements and making urgent assessments.

• Performing practical tasks within the accommodation.

• Contacting authorities.

• Record keeping.

Working as an employee in a protected accommodation fundamentally involves commitment, flexibility, and responsiveness. Since the tasks are varied, broad experience and competence are advantageous. Therefore, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in social work, such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment pedagogue, or similar.

• Enjoys working independently and collaborating in a team.

• Is responsible and has achieved personal maturity that makes you secure in yourself.

• Has an empathetic and professional approach.

• Has knowledge of low-arousal responses.

• Has a driver's license.

It is an advantage if you also have work experience in social work with individuals dealing with addiction/dependency, have experience and knowledge in supporting victims of violence, and are accustomed to dealing with individuals in acute crisis. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
